The hotel had a trendy and funky design that we really enjoyed. The view from our room was amazing, giving us a great view of the city. The location was also fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, Tapas bars, and Arabian markets nearby. the indoor pool with tranquil lighting was a perfect place to relax and unwind.
There were some major organizational issues. the communication with the hotel was a nightmare.

The hotel was right in the center of everything you needed. It was conveniently located close to the main attractions and transportation options. The cleanliness was really good, and the hotel facilities were great. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

We loved this place! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of everything. The bus stop is right next to the hotel which took us easily to the Alhambra. We enjoyed exploring the vibrant shopping street nearby, where we found amazing local foods. The service was great, with room service available 24/7 and helpful staff. The facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful terrace and soundproofed rooms.
We would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. It was an amazing experience and we hope to come back soon.

I was thrilled with my recent stay at a modern hotel in the heart of the city. The location couldn't have been better for exploring all that Granada has to offer. The hotel itself was brand-new and beautifully designed, with perfect cleanliness throughout. The modern decor and comfortable amenities, such as the great shower and free use of the steam room and spa, made my stay even better. The massage services offered were excellent and reasonably priced. I also appreciated the convenience of having a cafe downstairs with excellent coffee. The unique and contemporary feel of the hotel, from the bathrooms to the lighting fixtures, added an extra touch of charm. Having coffee and tea facilities in the room was a much-appreciated bonus. this hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Granada.
Drawbacks: The only minor inconvenience I experienced was some external noise due to my room facing a busy street. the double super-thick windows did an admirable job of filtering out most of the noise.
